The West Africa Rural Foundation (WARF) coordinator of FIDAfrique-IFADafrica, an IFAD funded Program, is launching a call for tenders for the development of the new version of the program’s Internet portal.
Information and communication technologies companies are invited to tender for the realization of this new interactive portal which aims to promote knowledge sharing and innovations for rural poverty reduction in sub-Saharan Africa.
