La FRAO viens de finaliser son cinquième plan stratégique quinquennal (PSQ5) qui couvre la période 2016-2020. Dans le but de l'opérationnalisation du PSQ5, la FRAO a produit un document de communication au profit des acteurs et partenaires au développement. Cet outil de communication stratégique constitue une première étape pour le partage du nouveau Plan Stratégique et un instrument important pour fonder les bases d’une politique de communication qui corresponde à la déontologie de l’organisation.
NEW STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE WARF
WARF has now finalized its fifth strategic plan covering the period 2016 – 2020. In the framework of its operationalization, the organization has also elaborated a communication document highlighting key elements of the plan. This production of the strategic communication document, targeting development actors and partners, constitutes a key step in the drive to share and disseminate the new strategic plan that defines our strategic orientations for the next five years.
