In IFAD as well as in WARF, sharing is our exchange rate. Meetings, annual reviews, workshops, online discussions, and forums are our exchange market. Information is our hedge fund. Information remains our safest investment. The Regional Project Implementation Workshop for the West and Central Africa region is in line with this philosophy of transfer and sharing. In 2005 Cotonou (Benin) laid the foundation followed by Bamako (Mali), Doula (Cameroun), and Accra (Ghana). Now in 2010, Dakar (Senegal) is adding value to that reflection....
